If your digital device does not appear as a drive letter in "My Computer", an external USB card reader is necessary.

1.      Step 1: Insert your memory card into the external card reader.

2.      Step 2: Connect the external card reader to your computer's USB port.

3.      Step 3: You will see your external card reader appear as a drive letter in "My Computer"
